60 / 90 min
Targeted work on trigger points and holding patterns that drive chronic pain and restricted movement.
Rebecca Biebinger, LMBT · Downtown Asheville
Focused, unhurried therapeutic massage for people who live in their bodies hard — and want to keep doing so.

I came to massage from nursing assistance, where I learned that the most useful thing you can do for a body in pain is pay close attention to it. I have been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2017, working with people whose lives ask a lot of their bodies — climbers, dancers, nurses, people who sit all day and people who never get to.
My practice centers on neuromuscular therapy: precise, patient work with the muscle and connective tissue patterns that keep pain cycling. Sessions are quiet and collaborative. You'll always know what I'm doing and why, and the pressure is always yours to set.
Every session begins with a short conversation about what your body needs that day.
